The Anthony Marshall “Pilot for a Day” Program

This FREE limited event will be held on Saturday Oct. 19th at Wadsworth Municipal Airport, 840 Airport Drive, Wadsworth, OH 44281.

The fun begins at 9am and will conclude by Noon.

The Day Includes:

  • Short ground school with flight simulators to learn about basic aerodynamics, flight instruments, and careers.

  • Apply what you learned during a short (15-20min) sightseeing flight with your personal pilot.

  • Snacks and games at the airport.

This is a special one-on-one experience for your child. If your child is unable or unwilling to fly in an aircraft then they will have the option of sitting in the plane on the ground and still have a hands on experience with their pilot. We rely solely on the parents to tell us if the child is medically able to fly.

The rides are given in FAA certified aircraft with FAA licensed pilots. The aircraft do have weight limits so please understand that a 4-seat aircraft on a summer day may only be able to fill 3 seats. This will be discussed privately with your pilot. Siblings are welcome and will probably be able to complete the same itinerary. There is no age limits, but we often notice those that are at least 8 years old enjoy it most.

Due to space and time requirements the event will be limited to the first 30 kids who RSVP below.
